Ltd, hereinafter briefly we called Anchi Company.It is one of the leading manufactures and exporters for original quality aftermarket frictionmaterials and various vehicle brake parts in China. Established in 1994,Anchi Auto Brake Shenzhen Co. Ltd. (briefly called Anchi Shenzhen) was jointinvestment by Brothers Xu in Shenzhen City. The business scope is for R & D, production and sales variety of vehiclefriction materials and auto brake parts. At the very beginning, Brothers Xudevoted to products development and production withless than 10 staff members. The products type and models was quite common andsimple at that time while, the annually production volume couldn’t reach to 50,000sets.

2007 Anchi Shenzhen had developed to an excellententerprise which with
more than 800 models and the annual production capabilityreached to
nearly 3,000,000 sets. Now located in TCL international E Park
inShenzhen City where with 800 square meters office, Anchi Shenzhen

Brothers founded Dongguan Anchi Auto Parts Co. Ltd inDongguan City,
hereinafter we called Anchi Dongguan where occupied with 50,000square
meters industrial zone which mainly focus on R&D, production
andlogistic affairs. In the industrial zone it consists of office
building, R&D Center, workshop, logistic warehouse andthe
entertainments with building size 30,000 square meters and 400
